Your first box is dispatched within a few business days of signing up. Ongoing boxes go out on the 15th of each month. Metro QLD and NSW: 1–7 business days. Other states: 3–14 business days.
Your first payment is processed on signup. Renewals happen on the 1st of each month (or the 7th if you signed up between the 25th and end of the month).
Everywhere in Australia — from King Island (TAS) to Alice Springs (NT). International delivery is currently unavailable.
Absolutely. We'll email tracking details as soon as your box is dispatched. Check your spam folder if it's playing hide and seek.
Chew better believe it. You can opt for the 'No Soft Toys' preference when signing up, which means tougher toys with reinforced seams and double-layered fabric. Existing subscribers can update this in their account portal or just shoot us an email.
Yes, yes, and yes. Contact us and we'll sort it out. Please do so at least 2 business days before your next billing date. If you're mid-contract (3 or 6 month plan), your boxes continue until the end of the plan and the cancellation kicks in from there.
If we can't resolve an issue, we accept returns and will refund your payment (minus postage). Just contact us to organise it. Payment processing, administration and restocking fees may apply.
