Q. What is this all about?
Olly’s Box is, literally, for your dog. Our goal is to delight your dog with a monthly box of the coolest dog products available. We sniff and scamper across the country every month on a hunt for the best toys and treats that will help keep your dog happy and healthy.
Q. What is a subscription?
It’s a secret dog thing, but we’ll share it with you. In the dog world, it is where we deliver a box of goodies to happy pups every month. Don’t yell out "Olly's Box Subscription" around your fur baby; it might just set them off for some crazy excitement! #arfarf
Q. How much does Olly's Box cost?
It depends on what you buy for your doggo. Prices start at $39.
Exception: If you are rich and famous, we do accept payment in exotic cars and ski trips to Japan.
Q. What payment options do I have?
You can pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. Sorry, but we do not accept bank deposits, slobbery toys, or the neighbour’s cat.
Q. I just signed up. What will my dog receive?
Woohoo! Your dog will now receive a box full of the best dog goodies we can get our paws on; from delectable treats and grooming products, to exciting toys to keep your dog stimulated; each box contains carefully selected goodies for you both to enjoy.
We put in serious research and time into building relationships with suppliers who produce only high quality products, and are designed to help make your dog happier and healthier.
Q. Where do your products come from?
We only work with local suppliers for all edible products. Toys, accessories and grooming products are sourced from all over the world to bring your dog only the best stuff to ruv!
Q. When will I get my Olly’s Box?
This is your dog's #1 question. If they know that Olly's Box is on the way, they'll flip out!
Your first Olly's Box will be dispatched within a few business days after you sign up. Then on the 15th of each following month.
If you purchased a Barkday Olly's Box, Puppy Olly's Box, or One-off Olly's Box, your order will be dispatched within two business days.
Deliveries within Metro QLD & Metro NSW may take between 1 - 7 business days to arrive, while deliveries to other states and territories may take 3 - 14 business days to arrive. Deliveries to remote areas may take a little longer.
If you notice your pup acting strange around the 15th - crazy eyes, butt wiggles, or a case of the zoomies, it might just be that the can smell Olly's Box getting closer.
Q. When will I be billed?
Your initial payment is processed on the day you join Olly’s Box. If you signed up for a monthly subscription before the 25th of the month you will be billed on the 1st of each following month, if you signed up between the 25th and the last day of the month you will be billed on the 7th of each month following.
So in summary, renewal day is on the 1st of the month unless you signed up towards the end of the month. All subscriptions auto-renew, including pre-paid purchases/subscriptions. Puppy, Barkday and One-off orders do not auto-renew.
Q. Help! My Olly's Box hasn't arrived!
Oh no! Shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know. We will do all we can to get your dog their Olly's Box!
Q. What are my delivery options?
Your delivery options are simple – If you order Olly’s Box, we’ll deliver it. If you don’t order Olly’s Box, we won’t deliver it (#arfarf). We dispatch from Brisbane and deliver via Australia Post and numerous Couriers, with deliveries generally taking between 1 and 14 business days to arrive once dispatched.
Q. Where does Olly’s Box deliver to?
We deliver to lucky doggo's in all parts of Australia; from windy King Island (TAS) to stinkin' hot Alice Springs (NT), sleepy Bamaga (QLD) to Albany (WA). Soz, international delivery is temporarily unavailable.
Q. Will I be able to track my delivery?
Within Australia, absolutely! We’ll email tracking deets to you as soon as your Olly’s Box is dispatched.
Q. Is a signature required?
Yes. No. Confused? Don't be ... it depends on what you tell us when you sign up. Normally, a signature is not required. You can change this setting simply by logging into your account. Sorry, but we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen Olly's Boxes, especially if no signature was required for delivery.
Q. Is there an option for pups who need tougher toys?
Chew better believe it!
You can opt for a customised Olly's Box with the 'No Soft Toys' option which will include tougher toys that feature things like reinforced seams and double-layered fabric. You can select this option when you sign up. For existing subscribers, you can change your preferences by logging into your account here, or shoot us an email and we'll help.
Q. My dog loves this bone/treat/toy/etc? Where do I buy another?
Q. Which charities do you support?
We have a serious love for dogs and think every dog deserves a loving home. For that reason, we have committed to supporting a carefully selected group of dog rescue organisations around Oz.
Q. Are there any hidden fees?
Nope. It is simply the cost that you agreed to. Delivery is included.
Q. Can I pause or change my subscription?
You sure can! Simply reach out to us and we’ll make it happen.
Q. Does my subscription continue after my minimum plan has ended?
It sure does. Like a phone plan, once your minimum plan term has finished we continue your service until you let us know you want to change something. This means your dog can keep enjoying Olly's Box at locked-in low rates; winner winner chicken dinner!
Q. What about cancellations?
We can always amend your subscription to make it more suitable to your needs, including: Slowing boxes down (so you only receive one every 2 - 3 months, skipping months, or reducing your costs by reducing what’s in the box (this way your dog still receive something awesome each month). If you still want to end your subscription, just contact us. Please do so 2 business days before your next processing date so we can action it in time.
If you cancel in the middle of a 3 or 6-month plan, you will continue to receive Olly's Boxes for the length of the contract, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of your plan.
Payment processing, administration and restocking fees may apply.
Q. What about returns?
If we cannot overcome any issues/concerns, we do accept returns and will refund your payment (minus any postage charges) if you’re unhappy with your purchase. Please simply contact us to discuss & organise.
If your package is returned to us as it could not be delivered, you will need to cover the cost to redeliver the product if need be, otherwise a refund can be provided, less the original cost of delivery and the return cost.

Q. Where can I find more Olly’s Box awesomeness?
Sending Olly’s Box your pup’s pic, or tagging your pics on social media with #ollysbox, may get you featured on the Olly’s Box website, Facebook/Twitter/Instagram page or another social media site. Your pup may just be an internet sensation!
