Subscription
By subscribing to Olly's Box you agree to the terms outlined here. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled. Pre-paid plans (3 or 6 month) continue to the end of the plan term before cancellation takes effect.
Billing occurs on the 1st of each month for subscriptions created before the 25th of the prior month, or on the 7th for subscriptions created between the 25th and end of month. One-off orders (Barkday, Puppy, Single) do not auto-renew.
Cancellations & Pausing
You can cancel, pause or skip at any time by contacting us at bark@ollysbox.com.au at least 2 business days before your next billing date. If you cancel mid-plan, your subscription continues until the end of the contracted period.
Payment processing, administration and restocking fees may apply to cancellations.
Delivery
We deliver Australia-wide via Australia Post and various couriers. Delivery typically takes 1–7 business days for metro QLD and NSW, and 3–14 business days for other states and territories. Remote areas may take longer. All delivery timeframes are estimates only.
Free shipping is included on all Olly's Box orders. If a parcel is returned to us undelivered, redelivery costs are at the customer's expense.
Returns & Refunds
If you're unhappy with your order, please contact us and we'll do our best to resolve it. If we can't, we accept returns and will refund your payment minus postage. Payment processing, administration and restocking fees may apply.
Products
Products shown in images are for example purposes only and may or may not be included in your Olly's Box. Specific items vary each month and cannot be guaranteed. We always aim to deliver awesome goodies — that part we do guarantee.
Privacy
We collect personal information to process your orders and improve your experience. We do not sell your data to third parties. We may contact you with order updates and occasional promotional emails — you can unsubscribe at any time.
